European Riesling, known for its incredible versatility and unrivaled quality, is consistently named as the first choice for white wines by sommeliers nationwide. The varietal's food-friendly, crisp nature makes it the ideal wine to pair with all of your favorite summer dishes. "European Riesling is great with food because of its unique diversity and complex flavors and spices," said Aldo Sohm, Chef Sommelier of renowned New York restaurant, Le Bernardin, who was also recently named the "Best Sommelier in the World 2008" by the World Sommelier Association.
