Wine & Hip Hop Tasting & Viewing Party – August 3, 2021

Come kick it with us to celebrate the series premiere of Wine & Hip Hop’s “Tasting Notes From The Streets” with an in-person viewing and tasting party!

Each episode of the series will feature Wine and Hip Hop host Jermaine Stone and Producer Terrence Riley as they make their way through NYC pairing wine from all over the world with their favorite foods from the hood. Wine and street culture are woven together by a mix of on-the-street interviews which discuss the cultural significance of each dish.

The journey begins with Jermaine and Terrence revisiting their old stomping grounds in the Bronx to grab the perfect beef patties for pairing with Spätburgunder (German Pinot Noir). They connect with German wine enthusiast Mason Washington for the pairing and hear the dos and don’ts of eating patties in NYC directly from the streets.

Put this pairing to the test in person on Tuesday, August 3 at 7:30PM at Sauced in Brooklyn, NY! The Wine & Hip Hop team will air the episode while inviting guests to try the unlikely pairing of German Pinot Noir and authentic Jamaican beef patties and coco bread from Kingston Tropical Bakery in The Bronx.
