German winemakers have been leading the charge toward a more sustainable future as climate change has continued to impact the industry globally. On Tuesday, September 28 from 6-7:45pm, The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas and Rania Zayyat, President of Lift Collective and Wine Director at Bufalina, are hosting an immersive conversation and tasting at The Commune North Loop in Austin, Texas to discuss Germany’s approach to sustainability and explore how new generations of winemakers are diversifying Germany’s portfolio.
